Complete the franchise inquiry form, and a BnB representative will reach out to schedule an introductory call. During this conversation, we’ll discuss available territories within your Designated Marketing Area (DMA) to identify your preferred area of interest.
In a follow-up call, we’ll delve deeper into your chosen Territory of Interest within the DMA and align on BnB’s growth vision. We will also provide you with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for review, which you’ll sign and return to confirm receipt.
Submit your application along with financial information and a business plan to initiate the selection process. Upon approval, the Mutual Understanding and Franchise Agreements will be signed, funding will be arranged, and you’ll officially join the BnB family!
A BnB representative will meet with you in your market area to arrange a discovery day. You’ll have the opportunity for an in-person meeting with the BnB team, visit key locations, and finalize details with a Term Sheet or Letter of Intent (LOI).
